"Bullying is unwanted aggressive behavior with the intention to cause someone harm or other students harm at school or among adults in the workplace that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. Teachers can be bullies too. The behavior is repeated or has potential to be repeated, over time. Both kids and adults who are bullied and who bully others have serious long lasting problems including the bystanders. Bullying is repeated verbal, physical, social, or psychological behaviour that is harmful and involves the misuse of power by an individual or group towards one or more persons. Cyberbullying refers to bullying through information and communication technologies such as cell phones or computer which may include the social media. Bullying may involve humiliation, domination, intimidation, victimization and all forms of harassment including that based on sex, race, disability, homosexuality or transgender. The raised fist or clinched fist is a symbol of solidarity and support. It's also used as a symbol to express unity, strength, defiance, or resistance.
